These Terms of Use apply to the PhoenixGold Game Studios website and all pages, files, media, downloads, and services made available through it. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, ownership, or content.

Exclusive ownership

This website is privately owned and operated by PhoenixGold Game Studios. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the website and all intellectual property displayed on, contained in, or distributed through it are the exclusive property of PhoenixGold Game Studios.

This includes, without limitation, the website design, source code, page layouts, user interfaces, graphics, logos, artwork, text, videos, screenshots, music, sound effects, characters, stories, worldbuilding, game names, game mechanics, documentation, downloadable files, promotional materials, and all related creative and technical materials.

Games, expansions, and downloadable content

PhoenixGold Game Studios exclusively owns its games and related intellectual property, including Faefera™, Eucalyptus Edge™, MegaBlast Mayhem™, Verdantia, all characters, regions, stories, artwork, music, code, game systems, updates, patches, expansions, add-ons, bonus content, downloadable content, and all current or future DLC.

This ownership includes, without limitation, the Padmara Expansion and any future regional expansions, characters, arenas, stories, cutscenes, soundtracks, visual upgrades, Chaos Bomb content, downloadable assets, and related marketing or store materials.

Website administration

Only PhoenixGold Game Studios may administer, modify, update, publish, replace, remove, or otherwise alter any part of this website. No visitor, user, third party, organization, automated service, or unauthorized individual may modify or attempt to modify the website, its files, hosting, code, content, security settings, or administrative functions.

Any unauthorized attempt to access administrative tools, change website content, upload or replace files, bypass security measures, interfere with operation, or compromise the website is strictly prohibited and may result in access restrictions or appropriate legal action.

No license granted

Access to this website does not transfer ownership and does not grant any license to use, copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any PhoenixGold Game Studios intellectual property unless prior written permission has been granted by PhoenixGold Game Studios.

Prohibited use

Without prior written permission from PhoenixGold Game Studios, you may not:

• Copy, mirror, scrape, republish, redistribute, or reproduce substantial portions of this website.

• Impersonate PhoenixGold Game Studios or falsely claim ownership, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement.
• Attempt unauthorized access to hosting accounts, repositories, administrative systems, or connected services.
• Introduce malicious code, automated attacks, or other harmful material.
• Interfere with the availability, security, performance, or lawful operation of the website.

Trademarks and names

PhoenixGold Game Studios, Faefera™, Eucalyptus Edge™, MegaBlast Mayhem™, and related names, logos, emblems, characters, regions, and product identities may not be used in a manner that suggests ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without prior written permission.

Game purchases and platform terms

Purchases, downloads, refunds, accounts, licenses, DLC ownership, and platform services for Steam products are governed by Valve's applicable agreements and policies. These Terms do not replace Steam's terms for transactions completed through Steam. Faefera does not currently have a public Steam store page.

This website may link to services operated by third parties. PhoenixGold Game Studios is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of those external services.

No warranty

This website is provided on an “as available” basis. PhoenixGold Game Studios may revise, update, suspend, remove, or discontinue any portion of the website at any time without notice.

Reservation of rights

PhoenixGold Game Studios reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use. Failure to enforce any provision at one time does not waive the right to enforce it later.
